Refund policy
Return Request: To start a return, contact us by using our live chat feature or messaging us at info@tallomattress.com. Please provide your order number, name, address, reason for return, and preferred pickup date (pickup must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance). Please note: there is a $159 pickup fee for all returns.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition that you received them. Returns must be requested within 60 days of receiving your item.
Confirmation: Once we review your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization Email confirming your eligibility, pickup date, pickup time window. (Example: between 10:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Pickup Instructions: On the day of pickup, our pickup team will collect the mattress during the scheduled window. You will be asked to sign a pickup confirmation receipt.
Refund Process: After the item is returned and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. A $159 pickup fee will be deducted from the total refund.
